At The Scent Reserve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
